Ignorance is Bliss

In many situations if you are'nt aware of a situation you cannot be held responsible for it. Many situations even when you are made aware of the issue you cannot do anything about it. You may be morrally obliged, but you don't have the means to make a difference. You may not have the wealth or resources to create change. Someone that is very wealthy is more abliged to make a difference. They can use their wealth to influence or initiate change. Bill Gates could use a little of his wealth and could impact a third world country in a huge way. As a teenager in highschool I don't believe that the resources can be attained to change a problem. Even when I am made aware of a situation I don't feel that I have to solve the problem, but if i make others aware of it also then I could make a difference by spreading what change needs to happen.
